My name is Sally Ureno and I am a designer practicing in Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County specializing in kitchen and bath design assisting with specs on new construction or re-models, job supervision, specifying custom furniture and accessorizing the home. My services include drawings, space planning, kitchen and bath design and color/finish selection. I work closely with builders, tradesmen, and artisans to ensure project completion. My styles range from contemporary and modern to traditional and period-style as well as transitional.

I have been doing business as Ureno Interiors since 2003. I am a Certified Interior Designer (C.I.D. No. 6163) and a member of the Allied American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Palm Springs Chapter. I am also enrolled with Continuing Education Units (CEU) to assure current knowledge of codes.

I have worked for a cabinet manufacturing company specializing in kitchen and bath design and as visual director for the largest furniture showroom in Southern California. My resume is available on request.

My inspiration comes from modern design elements and international contemporary design. I like to play with the juxtaposition between contemporary and traditional design to keep a room from appearing flat, however it is my client that brings out true inspiration. The client plays an integral part in the design process; it is my job to gather information and transform an idea into a design. My ultimate goal is to evoke a feeling in a room. Depending on the client, textures and colors are determined to best fit the needs and function of the room.
